London Digestive Disease Institute is a centre of excellence for the management of people living with Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and other gastrointestinal disorders.

Our mission is to provide the highest standards of care for digestive health in Southwestern Ontario.  We strive to achieve this mission through five pillars of service to our patients:  clinical trials, endoscopy and intestinal ultrasounds, outpatient care, biologic infusions, and multi-disciplinary care.
